How do I purchase your products?

It's very easy! Visit our purchase pages on RegNow.com. Once RegNow has confirmed your payment, you will receive a License Name and License Code, that you need to enter into the Purchase page of  the product's configure dialog, as described in the product's help page.

Your license code will work on all future versions - upgrades are free!

I've purchased a product, so where do I download the full version?

There is no "full version". You convert the free trial version into the full version by entering your license details into the Purchase page of the configure dialog.


I purchased one of your products but lost my license details when my computer crashed. What do I do?

You can retrieve your license details from our sales merchant (RegNow.com) here.


I get an error message when the screen saver runs. Why?

The vast majority of errors that our users experience are caused by poor or outdated video drivers. The solution in most cases is to update your video drivers to the most recent version available from the website of your video card manufacturer. Please also consult the help file for the product you installed.
