3D Wonders is committed to providing first-rate technical support. We will always do our best to resolve any questions or problems that you might have, regardless of whether you are a current or potential customer.

The best place to start is with our FAQ. This answers the most common questions we receive. If this doesn't resolve your problem, the following recommendations generally will:

  1. Make sure that you have the very latest version of the product installed. The version number is shown in the configure dialog. You can always download the latest version of any of our products from 3dWonders.com. We recommend uninstalling your existing version before installing a newer version. Make sure that you keep a copy of your license details before doing this. Note that when you purchase any of our products, all future versions are free; your license name and code will always work.

  2. Make sure that you have the very latest video card drivers installed. These are provided by your video card manufacturer. This accounts for the vast majority of technical problems that our customers experience. This is particularly true for Windows XP.

  3. If you have problems accessing any of the website links referenced by our products or website, please try again at a later time. 3dWonders.com is professionally hosted, and our sales merchant (RegNow.com) is an established market leader.

  4. Our sales merchant (RegNow.com) also has a support page that includes an FAQ, a contact form, and a way to automatically retrieve lost license codes.
